This was a super fast and easy card.  I realize I say this a lot but I love to see my creations unfold quickly versus hours away lol.

I have to say, this Embossing Paste is so much fun to play with!

Post Card Pals, Happy Birthday

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!!  Due to the holidays, I am a bit behind on my plans for the  week.  The Post Card Pals are my featured item for the week.

I had fun creating this card.  To make his stump, I just cut out a 1x2 scrap piece of white card stock then colored in with Blending pens, rounded edges.  Had to cut out the center where the pelican stood, so it looked like he was standing on it.

I created the background on the Night of Navy Card stock, by using the paste and pattern.  It was my first time playing with it, and you will see more of it.  It was fun and I heard I could add color to the paste before putting on the patterns!  Can't wait to try that!

Petal Palette with Stampin Blends

I had planned on doing a video on this card, but haven't had the time.  I have a new job and they are flipping me back and forth from nights to days each day, so find myself using free time to sleep.  Hopefully it all gets somewhat normal so I can find more time to play 😉

This stamp and framelit set and super fun to use.  Really gives you opportunity to mix it up and create so many different cards.  I tried to keep it to only 2 colors of the Stampin Blends if you are just getting started using them.

This card was done with your basic A2 size card (5 1/2 x 4 1/4)  I used the Whisper White cardstock so I could create my own background with a stamp from the set.

I will be doing a live Video on Friday on my FB business page and if I have a brain lol, I will also show you how to create this card then.

You've Got Style! with Stampin Blends

Today I did another video on using the Stampin Blends.  I used the stamp set You've Got Style.

Sizes are as follows:
Card Base  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 then folded in half.
Rich Razzleberry cardstock at 5 1/4 x 4
Regal 6x6 paper series cut as 4 x 2 1/2
White cut at 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 and 1 x 2 3/4

Bella & Friends

A video showing the Stampin Blends using the stamp set Bella and Friends.  Not a lot of coloring done but gives you an idea of how they work.

I cut the Coastal Cabana paper at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 then folded
Black Berry Bliss was cut out at 5 1/4 x 4
scraps were used for the remainder of card to cut out the ovals and strips.
