It's almost been a year now since I have posted or checked on my blog page.  Life sure had a way of throwing you off guard and changing every aspect of your life.   I am attempting to get back into the grove and get back to my scrapbooking and card making.

Well, looks like I have missed a week or so getting new photos up.  Been busy with work and family.

I have found a bit of time here and there to make a card or two.  Love it when I get new stuff to play with, just wish I had more time to play :)

Mojo Mondays

I have found the site Mojo Mondays and I love them!!!    But I didn't think to write down the numbers of the patterns I used, yet still wanted to give credit where credit was due.   The following 3 cards are made from some of those sketches.  Next I need to figure out how to put their link on my blog (tried, but it didn't work) and how to enter in their challenges.

More Disney Cricut cards

Spent a little time in my craft area yesterday and today.  I'm still working on getting those Disney Cricut cuts to come out right.  The eyes just seem to be my biggest problem.  Haven't found the secret yet to get them to come out perfect :)

Wanted to share a few pages of my grand daughter that I had done a few years back.  They grow up so fast!!

Its my Friday!!!  lol  Will get 2 whole days off...  :)  Planning on sitting in my craft room most the time.  I am very behind working in my albums, so might see what pages I can get done.
Anyhow, after paying bills this afternoon, was feeling bummed, so decided to make a goofy card.  And here it is  lol

Just another day and another card  :)   Wishing I would of used different colors on this to be more rainbow like.  Might try again using brighter colors.

After getting house put back in order after 10 long days working, I was able to sit down and get creative.  Had a bit of trouble getting those juices to flow :)

Like I said before, I just love my new Cricut machine.  The Disney cartridges are wonderful, but I have troubles working with smaller pieces like the eyes.   These two cards are going to family, so not worried too much about them not being perfect.  They love my practice cards :)

The need for more

When I finally get time to sit down in my craft room after long day at work... I have all these ideas in my head only to say to myself " I need more paper, or simply more toys"  Seems I can never find that special piece of paper that goes with the design in my head lol.

Then in the case of this card.... it did not come out like I had visioned in my head.  But my Mom will love it :)  The chalking did not show up in the photo very well, but wanted to keep them soft.

I cut out the lettering twice once in black, once in white, then just laid them slightly off from each other to get the shadow affect.  So simple!

Hello!  My name is Teresina and I love to create cards and scrapbook layouts.  I wanted to have a place to share some of my creations.  I try to keep things simple and not have them too busy.

I have recently purchased the Cricut machine and I am in love with it!!  So you will see a lot of creations using the patterns from Cricut.
